Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery procedures.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- We currently offer prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.
- Customised, pre-order, or made-to-order items may have extended processing timelines, which will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages or will be communicated to you by our customer support team.
- Made-to-order items may take 6-8 weeks.
We provide alteration services. If you require any assistance, please contact our customer support team with your order number, and they will gladly guide you through the process.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options, subject to service availability in your location:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days (available for select locations only)
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, peak seasons, or customs clearance processes.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping across India on prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted logistics partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, and other reputable courier providers.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on the actual rates charged by the carrier and are payable by the customer.
- Estimated delivery timelines for international orders are 10–15 business days, excluding customs processing time.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct pin code and contact information.
Panghat Sarees is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are processed.
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, we are unable to modify, cancel, or reroute it.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs & video of the package and product, if applicable
