At Panghat Sarees, we take great pride in offering carefully curated ethnic wear collections. Each product undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product received is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order numbers
- Clear photographs & video of the damaged or defective product
- Images & videos of the packaging received
- A brief description of the issue
Claims reported after 3 days from the date of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Replacement Policy
If a damaged or defective product is reported within the specified timeframe, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement.
However, due to the exclusive and limited nature of many of our collections, an identical replacement cannot be guaranteed.
If a replacement is unavailable, Panghat (Panghat Sarees Pvt. Ltd) may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a refund to the original payment method, or
- Provide store credit of equivalent value for future purchases.
Sizing, Fit & Alterations
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing, fitting, colour preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
However, we want every customer to look and feel their best in their purchase. If you require assistance with fitting or alterations, our team will be happy to guide you regarding available alteration options.
Please contact our customer support team after receiving your order for alteration assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products received in proper condition
- Orders placed with incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
- Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items
- Customized, stitched, or altered products
- Requests based on personal preference, colour variation due to screen settings, or change of mind
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Management Discretion
Panghat Sarees Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to review each claim individually. The final decision regarding refunds, replacements, store credits, returns, or any dispute shall rest solely with the management of Panghat Sarees.
Any legal disagreements or disputes will be settled exclusively under Kolkata jurisdiction.
